The bathroom was a dream come true! I mean, seriously, it had a bidet AND a shower! It was like having my own personal spa right in my room. As someone who values a little luxury, I couldn't have asked for more.
I personally wasn't a huge fan of the bidet. But hey, that's just me.

The room at Rowden Mill Station was absolutely cozy and comfortable, with a bathroom that had both a bidet and a shower. It felt like a little haven where I could relax after a long day of exploring. As a budget traveller, this room was perfect for me.
Personally, I didn't really care for the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful, historic station. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the restoration of the station was truly impressive. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made for a truly magical experience. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, including free high-speed wifi and essential amenities. We loved being able to sit outside on the platform and soak in the countryside views. The old Waiting Room made for a cozy lounge area, and the fully fitted kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals in our unique surroundings. The collection of old railway books and DVDs provided entertainment, and the real log fire added to the ambiance of our evenings. We even had the chance to go on a lovely walk along the disused trackbed, spotting wildlife and taking in the natural beauty. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. we highly recommend Rowden Mill Station for a peaceful and charming getaway.

The historic location was charming and cozy, tucked away in a peaceful countryside setting. The fully functional facilities, including WiFi, made our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views and serene atmosphere. the hosts were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
There was no nearby pub within walking distance, which was a bit inconvenient. The nearest village pub was about 1 1/2 miles away, and it wasn't the best option.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. the restoration of the late Victorian railway station was simply stunning, combining the charm of the past with all the modern comforts. Sitting out and admiring the beautiful hills was a special experience, and it truly felt like we were stepping back in time. the attention to detail and the history of the station added a unique touch to our stay.
